Please note that Clearance items may not be cancelled or returned once payment has been processed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to

Unfortunately, if you go over 30 days we are unable to offer you an exchange. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to Havit Lighting. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
