30-Day Returns Policy
At Havit Clearance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Return Process

Contact Us: Email our customer service at clearance@havit.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide return authorisation and instructions for sending the item back.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the item and send it to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, Havit Clearance will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at clearance@havit.com.au
